Filiform Wart
Filiform wart, vulvar vestibulitis, and LEEP procedure are common to HPV clinicians.
These growths are classified as common because of the familiar appearance. They are not highly contagious and are non-malignant causing little discomfort unless they are in an area of re-occurring damage. These generally they can disappear on their own without treatment; however, when they persist medical attention is sought.

Lesions that are a result of over production of cellular matter (keratin) that induces living cells to move up replace epidural (old dead cells that protect underlying living) cells. These growths consist of small finger-like keratotic projections that are scattered, typically in cluster, and occur among beards of males. Filiform wart, vulvar vestibulitis, and LEEP procedure are common to HPV clinicians.
